Welcome to UpShift Detailing. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided: UpShift Detailing (Elliot’s Mobile Detailing LLC) provides mobile automotive detailing services at the customer’s location. Service descriptions, pricing, and estimated durations are listed on our website but may vary based on vehicle condition.

2. Booking, Payment & Pricing: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept card, cash, and electronic payments. Prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or add-on requests. By booking, you authorize us to adjust pricing if additional work is required (we always confirm with you first).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee. If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, a mobile service fee may apply.

4. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage: You acknowledge that: Older vehicles or vehicles with existing wear may experience minor cosmetic effects from cleaning. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, stains, oxidation, brittle trim, faded surfaces, or worn interior materials. We document any visible pre-existing damage before starting the service.

5. Personal Belongings: Please remove valuables before your appointment. UpShift Detailing is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds, but we will always make things right.

7. Liability Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law: UpShift Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after cleaning (e.g., sticking buttons, window regulators, pre-existing electrical faults).

8. Biohazard & Severe Conditions: Biohazard, mold, rodent infestation, or extreme vehicle conditions may require additional fees or refusal of service.

9. Weather Policy: We may reschedule appointments due to heavy rain, unsafe conditions, or extreme heat.
